Income & Expense Report Filing Requirements

Income and Expense Report Filing

Owners of Commercial Real Estate and/or Rental Properties (5+ units) are required to file annual Income and Expense Reports. The deadline to file the form with the Assessor’s Office is: By June 1st annually.  Failure to file by June 1st will result in a 10% assessment penalty. Please direct any questions to the Assessor’s Office at (860) 447-5216.

2023 Filing:

  • The 2022 Income and Expense Forms are due to the Assessor on or before Town Hall close at 4:00 PM June 1, 2023. 
  • Postmarks are not accepted.

Forms are available to print and download below or you may stop in the Assessor’s Office M-F 8:30AM--4:00PM to obtain a copy.
