TAX NOTICE
The City Council adopted
DEFERMENT PROGRAM
Ends October 1, 2020
The following taxes became due on July 1, 2020:
Full amount Motor Vehicle Taxes
Full Amount of Personal Property & Real Estate Taxes under $100
First half (1/2) Personal Property & Real Estate Taxes (over $100)
UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE GOVERNOR
THE CITY COUNCIL DEFERRED INTEREST ON TAX PAYMENTS UNTIL OCTOBER 1, 2020
IF THE TAXES DUE ARE NOT PAID BY OCTOBER 1ST,
THREE (3) MONTHS INTEREST WILL BECOME DUE
Delinquent taxes (unpaid after October 1) will be subject to
accrue interest at 1.5% interest per month from July 1.
6% interest will be due on taxes delinquent October 2nd
