On Monday, September 18 at 3:30pm in Council Chambers at New London City Hall, the Registrars of Voters will hold a public lottery to determine the order on ballots of names of candidates for City Council and Board of Education for the upcoming election to be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. All are welcome to attend.
