Announcing: A New Way to Pay Bills
The City of New London has implemented a new online payment and electronic billing service that will offer greater flexibility when paying your water and sewer bills. With the improved bill pay service, customers can receive and view bills electronically and make payments online, by phone or by text with a credit/debit card or bank account. Here are some highlights:
· Easy-to-use interface.
· Pay anytime, anywhere - on your mobile device, or by text and phone.
· Schedule a payment for the same day or a future date.
· Receive email reminders when a payment is due and a confirmation after making a payment.
· Registration is not required.

Cash or check payments can still be made in person at the Tax Office, 1st window at 15 Masonic St, New London, CT 06320 (8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
The Water Department Office is located at the Tax Office, 1st window at 15 Masonic St. Water and sewer bills may be paid during weekdays 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The City of New London currently contracts out water services to Veolia Water NA.
The City of New London now uses rolling billing and you will receive four (4) quarterly bills a year due 30 days after the bill date.
Seasonal accounts receive bills on January 1.
