The Youth Investigations branch of ISD is responsible for investigations involving both juvenile offenders and juvenile victims. Youth Investigators work closely with the State's Attorney's Office - Juvenile Matters, the Juvenile Review Board of New London, Southeastern Connecticut Child Advocacy Center (SECCAC), Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC), the Southeastern Connecticut Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF).
